Combining cardio exercises and weight-lifting is what you’ll find at PinPoint Fitness. Join the fitness centre for a CrossFit workout to help you stay fit. There are classes for both adults and kids as young as 5 years. Only 10 people are allowed per class, so hurry up and sign up.
